Stable wrists for heavy lifts:
All you have to do is wrap the bandages around your wrist and then secure them with the Velcro – and you’re ready for heavy lifting. This protects your wrist, especially during exercises such as jerks or overhead squats, as the bandages support the wrist and prevent twisting. Nevertheless wrist wraps do not restrict your movement and you can also use them for all other exercises that strain your wrist, such as handstand walk.
