Sleep like a pro:

Every professional athlete knows: sleep is the most important “recovery tool” you have! Forget all supplements and Co. – if you don’t sleep well and sufficiently, all the little remedies won’t help you. Blackroll® has therefore developed the Recovery Pillow to give you the sleep that you need after hard training sessions.

Home & on the way:

Important for a good night’s sleep is a consistent routine. At home this is usually not a major problem – but when you are on the road it often looks different. That’s why the Recovery Pillow is so ingenious: not only a perfect sleep at home, but also when travelling. You can easily roll up the pillow and pack it in the travel bag (is included) and you’ll feel right at home in your hotel room! By the way, the travel bag is dirt and water-repellent, so hygienic transport is guaranteed 😉.

No more neck tension:

The pillow gives you the perfect position for you. It doesn’t matter whether you sleep on your back, stomach or side. The cushion sides are shaped differently for the different positions (see below). That means you never wake up with a tense neck that makes you feel 30 years older 😅.

Even if the preferred sleeping position is very individual, it is still recommended to sleep on your back. In this position, you best relieve your spine and prevent, for example, a shortening of the hip flexor.

Ultra breathable:

Did you know that we lose about half a liter of water overnight – and about half of that is from our heads?! You can imagine that if your pillow isn’t moisture-regulating and breathable, that’s not such a nice thing 😬. That’s why the Recovery Pillow has ventilation channels that prevent that moisture builds up and too much heat builds up! The dry comfort protective cover (i.e. the pillowcase 😉) is also made of a really smooth and cuddly fabric that you can wash at 40 degrees.

Since you rest your head on the pillow night after night, it’s good to know that the Recovery Pillow is made in Germany with the highest quality standards</strong > will. No chemicals but natural oils were used in sustainable manufacturing – OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class 1.

Perfekt geformt für deinen Schalftyp

Rücken-/ Bauschläfer: Leg das Kissen so, dass die Seite mit der Mulde oben liegt. Damit kannst du deinen Kopf perfekt lagern und deine Halswirbelsäule wird optimal gestützt.

Seitenschläfer: Leg das Kissen so, dass die Seite mit der Mulde unten liegt und du deinen Kopf auf die flache Seite legst. Damit liegt dein Kopf etwas höher, wodurch deine Halswirbelsäule nicht abknickt.

Auch wenn die bevorzugte Schlafposition sehr individuell ist, wird trotzdem empfohlen auf dem Rücken zu schlafen. In der Position entlastest du deine Wirbelsäule am besten und verhinderst zum Beispiel auch eine Verkürzung des Hüftbeugers.
