The Free Standing Barbell & On the one hand, Pullup-Station is your friend when it comes to moving heavy weight. No longer get into position from the ground first before you bend, but lift it cleanly out of the stands and off you go. Perfect for backsquats, front squats, shoulder press, jerks,… just about anything you build strength with 💪😎. On the other hand, you can do pullups and other exercises on the horizontal bar!
The rack is mega stable and extremely high-quality processed. No matter how wildly you train on the rack – the thing holds 😎. If you want to do kipping exercises like kipping pullups, bar muscle-ups, toetobars, etc., this is no problem with the rack. For wall mounting, simply ask the specialist at the hardware store to find the perfect solution for your situation!
Screws and dowels for wall mounting are included in the delivery. These are from German manufacturers Reca oder Würth and suitable for: concrete, lightweight concrete, solid brick, sand-lime brick, gypsum, vertical perforated brick, aerated concrete, perforated sand-lime brick , hollow ceilings made of brick and concrete, hollow blocks, natural stone and other pressure-resistant solid materials, also outdoors or in damp rooms in connection with stainless steel screws.
Big enough for Kipping?
The barbell station is 232cm tall and the pullup bar hangs about at 222cm. If you want to check if you can kipping on it, measure your complete height standing on your toes and the arms overhead. Add another 5-10cm and you’re safe 😉.
Width folded: 1.22m or 2.1m
Width set up: 1.22m
Distance to the wall: 60.5 cm or 90.5 cm
ATTENTION: in the variant with a distance of 90.5 cm to the wall, the rack cannot be folded with both sides inwards, but must be folded to one side. This means that the width when folded is no longer 1.22m, but 2.1m.
