The focus with the children’s barbells is 100% fun – not on the kids getting stronger or learning technique down to the last detail. They should be able to do fitness in a playful way with the big ones and no longer just have to watch when mum or dad throws the barbell around 😉.

Only the best for the little ones. The Fit Kidz products have been meticulously tested and are REACH certified (no PAH, no organotin compounds, no phthalate, no cadmium) and EU toys Standard EN71 compliant (tested: Flammability, Toxicity, Durability).
Like a normal barbell – only light as a feather
The Fit Kidz Barbell is made of strong and durable plastic and works like a normal barbell. The little ones can put on the weight plates and then fasten them with fasteners. This means that all exercises that can be done with a normal barbell are also possible: Clean & jerk, snatch, thruster, deadlift,… just everything that the big role models do 🙂. The bar weighs approximately 250g and each bumper plate weighs 170g individually.
