Rope Climbs or Ring Muscle Ups: The mounting arm is available for a Rope Climb Station< /strong> in length of 80cm or (if you want a little more space) 110cm. If you want the mounting arm as a Ring Muscle-Up Station, then it is standard 110cm long to give you enough space. You can also decide whether you want additional eyelets and carabiners to attach the climbing rope or the straps of the rings.
Where to put it: You can either the Affenhand® mounting arm on an Affenhand® Rack or mount it on e.g. a wooden post.
