The barbell loading aid is probably the most effective aid for loading and unloading your barbell on heavy lifts. For heavy deadlifts, the bar is often so heavily loaded that it becomes difficult to add extra weight and this is where the deadlift jack comes to the rescue! Simply put it under the bar and with minimal effort the bar is easily lifted and can then easily be loaded with more discs!
It’s that easy to use the Deadlift Jack:
You simply grab the loading aid at one end of the barbell grip area, hack it in, then simply apply light pressure on the other end of the loading aid and the jack levers the barbell out. In addition, the loading aid is completely framed with plastic in the support area, so that your barbell always stays in good condition!
