Ultra high quality grip:

The handles of the limitless jump rope are made of aluminum and stainless steel of the highest quality. That’s why they are incredibly strong and durable! For example, the handle has been tested several times by heavy weights were thrown off without the rope being damaged in its function! The 4mm cable is the standard cable and is an all-purpose weapon that is also suitable for rope skipping beginners. The 8mm cable brings extra weight and air resistance to your workout and it really gets your shoulders burning🔥! All cables are made of wire and covered with a high-quality, particularly robust PVC. Increase the weight of the rope 5 times:

With the complete package of the limitless skipping rope, you can take a total of 9 different weight combinations home! This means an unprecedented possibility of variation in training with the skipping rope! You have 3 different cable thicknesses and various additional weights to choose from. The additional weights are simply screwed into the handle and can be added in increments of 50, 150, 200 and 350g. A nice extra – the 200g weights are attached to the standard handle and, in addition to the weight, also bring the challenge of a thicker handle! With these combinations you can change the skipping rope from a minimum weight of 260g to a maximum weight of 1, 25 kg build up!

How to set your rope to the right length:

1. Step on the cable with one foot.
2. Pull the cable up to your sternum, holding one end of the cable in each hand.
3. Using a good pair of wire-nose pliers, shorten the cable so you have a smooth, clean end.
4. Now use the key screwed into the handle to fasten the metal ends of the cables.
5. Now attach both ends of the cable to a handle. And let’s go!

Tip: Leave 2-3cm protruding at the beginning so that you can possibly improve something 😉
