RX Jump Rope – Jump Rope

For any level:

Whether you’ve never trained with a jump rope before and now want to use it to increase your fitness and burn calories, or you already have plenty of experience jumping rope as a boxer or athlete in workouts. This jump rope is designed by RX Smartgear so that any performance type from beginners with normal rope jumps to professional rope jumpers with double-unders can train with it.

The rope strength:

The real secret of this skipping rope lies in the 4 different weight ropes. You have the possibility to adjust your rope individually to your skills. If you are a beginner and have never held a skipping rope in your hands, choose the rope strength “Buff” and you will have a skipping rope that gives you an optimal feedback where the rope is. Thin ropes, such as the rope strength “Hyper” require some experience, because you can hardly feel where the rope is located when jumping. So choose your rope according to your personal performance level and start with a slightly thicker rope for more fun during training.

Choice of rope strength:

If you are familiar with the term Double Unders (double rope jumps), there is an additional relief in choosing the rope thickness:

• Choose “Buff” as a beginner & up to 50 Double Unders.
• Choose “Elite” from 50 Double Unders onwards
• Choose “Ultra” from 60 Double Unders
• Choose “Hyper” from 75 Double Unders

The rope length:

The RX Jump Rope is suitable for every body size thanks to the individual rope length (special sizes available on request) and will be sent to you directly to fit. Behind the selection lies a formula developed by RX Smartgear, which fits perfectly in most cases. However, if you tend not to keep your elbows close to your body when jumping rope, simply choose a size larger. So just measure your height including shoes and enter your height in the selection.
Tip: If you already have a rope that you are happy with the length of, just measure the length of the rope (without handles) and compare it to the rope lengths given.

The handle is the second important cornerstone of a jump rope, along with the individual rope. That’s why a special process, known from tennis rackets or racing bike handlebars, is used here to wrap the grip. This gives you a lightweight handle with super grip and ergonomic grip recess for optimal training, even with sweaty hands.
