The One Strap pull aids combine the best features of Olympic and traditional pull aids. They give you the holding power of normal lifting straps, but are also attached to the bar as quickly as Olympic hand straps. Just wrap the strap around the bar and you’re ready for deadlifts, clean pulls and snatch pulls. Also ideal for the full snatch, as wearing the straps does not bend your wrist in the overhead position.
