For which exercises:
As the name suggests, the dip station is for dips 😉. One of the best exercises for building strength and muscles in the upper body. You can really get your chest, shoulder and tricep muscles to burn 🔥. And with a little creativity, a number of other exercises are possible (e.g. L-Sit for the abdominal muscles).
Included:
4 screws and 4 dowels for the mini version are included in the delivery for wall mounting. These are from German manufacturers Reca or Würth and suitable for: concrete, lightweight concrete, solid brick, sand-lime brick, gypsum, vertical perforated brick, aerated concrete, perforated sand-lime brick , hollow ceilings made of brick and concrete, hollow blocks, natural stone and other pressure-resistant solid materials, also outdoors or in damp rooms in connection with stainless steel screws.
Extremely stable:
The dip station is mega stable and extremely high quality. The material is tested up to 250kg (without any problems).
Foldable and non-foldable:
Our dip station is available in a foldable and non-foldable version. Both dip stations have the same stability. The foldable version allows you to save space with a simple move, which can be worth its weight in gold, especially in the home gym!
