The solid construction of our racks requires an equally massive shelf so that nothing moves and nothing wobbles despite your training weight. We manufacture our J-Cups premium from 5kg pure steel, so that only the bar moves with you. You can use the rack for squats, bench presses, shoulder presses, front squats or other exercises.
Perfect protection:
In the construction of the J-Cups premium, the steel encloses the plastic shelf like a sandwich. You will find a continuous hard plastic layer on the entire front of the barbell holder. What this means for you: Your pole will be spared metal-to-metal contact, no matter how you put your pole down! The shelf protects the knurling of your barbell ideally.

The design of the J-Cups premium allows you to quickly attach and detach to our monkey hand ® Racks with just one movement. The 2cm depth of the holder guarantees that your bar is safely stored, and the 6cm long shelf gives you optimal freedom of movement during your workouts.
