The plastic on the outside also ensures that your floor stays healthy – but it’s best not to drop the dumbbell from the top every time 😅.

If you hold our dumbbell in your hand, you know what we mean. The knurling is even and of such high quality that you think you have a competition pole in your hand! This promises you a 110% secure hold during training.
Versatile training:
On the one hand, dumbbells are suitable for exercises from classic bodybuildingwith free weights such as bench press, rowing, etc., but they are also for any cross training WOD with dumbbell snatches, cleans, push press etc. to have 🙂. That means you can train your strength/muscle building but also your condition with the dumbbell. Due to the different weights from 2.5kg to 40kg, it is an ideal training device for beginners and professionals alike.
For the home gym:
Our dumbbell is probably the best home gym strength training device. You need next to no space and can use it to train your whole body. You can also use the dumbbells outdoors without any problems – but store them dry and if it was very dirty or wet, simply clean them afterwards with a cloth 😉.
For the professional gym:
Due to the ultimate quality of our dumbbells, they are of course also interesting for gyms, boxing and physio practices, as they are an investment in the future due to their longevity.
Why round?
Our dumbbells are made of solid steel and not cast iron like most other shapes are. What is the difference? The hardness! This makes the Affenhand® dumbbells much more durable and robust. Plus, the rubberized exterior is just as durable as there are no corners to knock off.
