Jump box stable as a helipad:
Maybe it’s better to land your private helicopter next to it, but otherwise the monkey hand jump box can really withstand anything. Thanks to the constant focus on the highest quality, sustainability and stable products, you will have the monkey hand plyo box for the rest of your life. In order to get a stronger, lighter box, we used 15mm birch plywood chosen and for an extra extra stability we provide the box with an extra plate inside the box. Thanks to Made in EU, you no longer have to worry about sustainability and ecological* production – we have done that. In addition to the high-quality multiplex plates and black screws, the abrasion-resistant print is applied here in Germany to ensure print free of harmful substances.
Delivery and 3-2-1 assembly:
The plyo box comes disassembled, but prepared with all holes to fit perfectly. Thanks to our manufacturing to the millimeter, the jump box can be easily assembled by yourself (one person). It is best to use a cordless screwdriver with a Phillips bit for assembly, this is much faster than using a screwdriver – assembly time for the plyo box is approx. 10-15 minutes.
Plyometric Jump Strength Training:
What can you do with the jump box? In addition to the classic plyometric exercise box jumps, you can also train your jumping power and speed with the exercises burpee box jumps, seated box jumps, lateral box jumps or one-legged box jumps. If you need variety, are not ready yet or have health restrictions, you can also use the wide range of alternative exercises: Box Step Over, Rodeo Tuck, Incline Mountain Climbers, Plyo Push-Up, Triceps Dips, Pike Push-Ups , Bulgarian Lunges, Decline Mountain Climbers… the list goes on 🙂
