The All-Missions is the premium version of the 5.11 Plate Carrier . It offers you around 1001 different ways to customize your vest. The differences to the standard weighted vest:

Even if you tighten the Velcro on your stomach to relieve your shoulders even more of the weight, this 5.11 Plate Carrier allows optimal breathing – once adjusted, it will be solid for the entire training session< /strong>. You can also combine this vest perfectly with most jackets (over or under as you like) if you are outdoors a lot, in winter and in all weather conditions.

This plate carrier was developed by 5.11 Tactical for the military and various security services and for this reason searches for this reason its peer in quality and handling when it comes to weight vests. Due to the very robust 500D nylon material and the premium Velcro fastener of the vest, it is almost indestructible and dirt-repellent . If you still want to wash your vest after many training sessions, you can easily do so in lukewarm soapy water and with lots of love. We offer the vest in 14, 20 and 29 pounds for a reason. Pro athletes like Kari Pearce & Josh Bridges use Hero Workout Murph exactly these 14 and 20 pounds, which add up to approx. 6.35 and 9.10 kg. A perfect weight to show solidarity with fallen soldier Michael P. Murphy (this workout is named after) and to achieve an optimal training effect. In many respects, this vest is not an EGO vest like some other 20 or 30 kg vests, with which explosive training is no longer possible, which cut into your shoulders and impede breathing.
